Terms of Service

Last updated: 2025-12-10

1. Service

SenderGuard provides read‑only audits of email authentication and compliance. The Service analyzes DNS records and email headers you provide and generates a verifiable report.

2. Accounts & Plans

  • You are responsible for activities under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
  • Plan limits (domains, frequency, alerts, white‑label) are enforced by the system.
  • You may cancel anytime; access persists until the end of the current billing period.

3. Billing, refunds, taxes

  • Charges are handled by our payment provider (Merchant‑of‑Record or Stripe).
  • First purchase is eligible for a 14‑day refund window under Paddle’s buyer terms.
  • Applicable taxes are shown at checkout and on invoices.

4. Acceptable use

  • No abusive automation or attempts to degrade service; adhere to rate limits.
  • Do not submit unlawful content or sensitive data beyond headers required for checks.

5. Data & privacy

We do not store email bodies. Uploaded .eml files are parsed for headers only and deleted immediately after parsing. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for details.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may change; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.

7. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
