  • Paddle honours consumer cancellations within 14 days of the first charge. Include your org name and invoice ID.
  • Cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues until period end.

Data requests

  • Export your organization data from Settings.
  • Request deletion from Settings or via email; we purge within 7 days per policy.
