What does the free 3‑second audit do?
It reads public DNS and (optionally) email headers you provide to compute SPF/DKIM/DMARC, alignment, and One‑Click checks.
What is Proof‑of‑Scan?
A normalized JSON snapshot (stable ordering + LF line endings) with a sha256 hash and scanId. Anyone can fetch it and verify.
Do you store email content?
No. We never store bodies. Uploaded .eml files are parsed for headers and deleted immediately.
How long are reports kept?
JSON 90 days; PDFs 30 days; Proofs up to 12 months. Signed links expire in 24 hours.
How do alerts work?
We compare with the previous scan and alert on FAIL↔PASS changes or score drops ≥ 20 points. Channels: Email/Slack/Feishu.
What’s included in paid plans?
No‑watermark PDF, daily monitoring (with exception sweeps), alerts, white‑label options (higher tiers), and per‑plan domain limits.
Refunds and cancellations?
Paddle’s buyer terms provide a 14-day cooling-off period on the first charge. You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the period.
