Upgrades, refunds, and cancellations propagate instantly through `/api/billing/webhook`. Entitlements adjust in place (domains, seats, channels, day-pass timers), and webhook deliveries are idempotent so retries never double charge.

VAT/taxes are handled by your payment provider configuration. Stripe Tax or your Merchant of Record will calculate the final amount at checkout.
