- Complaint safeguards: easy unsubscribe, monitored rate
- Free audit run archived: PDF with scanId/sha256 attached to ticket
- Verify link checked by someone not involved in the change
- Monitoring enabled; alerts to Email/Slack/Lark verified
- Rollback plan written (DNS/ESP/templates) with owners and SLAs
- Change window chosen with on‑call and recovery muscle ready
